Hello!

The current release version (on Github and bioconda, PyPi is significantly older) is 2.4.2.
However, last year you merged a fix and updated the version to 2.4.3.

Would it be possible to mark the current master branch as a release and update distribution platforms (bioconda specifically, but PyPi could be nice)?
