Change Test Resolution 640x360 Not use --size #229

I have trial to config my weston.ini file with output is 640x360 and run command below:

glmark2-es2-wayland --off-screen --fullscreen . I don't know why but I try with another resolution in weston.ini, log result is OK.

Log I have with 640x360 is 1920x1080 fullscreen
