Describe the problem/motivation

I'm working on an ultrawide monitor and sometimes I only got one window at one workspace. It would be nice to get a quick shortcut to center and set the max height of a window.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like top have a shortcut to set this window to floating, center it and also set the max possible height (this should respect the height of the topbar).
