• Build some testing functionality.

  This library needs to be tested continuously. Currently, we can run the software in "testing" mode using the flag '--testing'. It would be great if this could be run on every commit to the master branch. Completed: 1. Added first full extraction test. 2. Added Travis continuous integration testing. Todo: 1. Add second full extraction test for LSL relay 2.0 data.
