Build broken with Go 1.25 #431
Description
An unfortunate x/tools bug (https://go.dev/issue/74462) caused several developer tools depending on old x/tools versions to break, including wire (see also google/go-cloud#3614).
I'll fix wire, and document that it is otherwise unmaintained, before re-archiving it.
