Dear GOR team:

Here is what I find when I practice GOR:

1, gorshell will create interactive shell session, but I don't know why the following command don't work:

gor /home/sguo2/janssen4/oasis/bin/gor/tests/data/gor/dbsnp_test.gor | top 10

2, gorshell created interactive shell session don't support common bash commands like less

3, after I exit interactive shell, the Linux parent shell will be crash. it looks all the parent environments were changed. For example, the command I input will not be showed. I need to open a new terminal to continue my work.
