Thank you for the PR. We are going to stop bundling libressl in 2.3. The documentation will be updated accordingly when we ship the beta (shortly). |

Ciphersuites based on the IETF version of ChaCha20-Poly1305 have been supported in OpenSSL for ~6 months now.
We should remove the comment that LibreSSL is preferred over OpenSSL because the former supports the aformentioned AEAD.
