Description

After updating to v1.5.2 I am no longer able to open PDFs in another window to preview them. The only option is to download the file which I do not want to do and would create the need for the user to delete multiple downloads when searching for a particular record.

When searching existing issues I found #1047 which explains the new image preview feature in v1.5.2. I would expect to see an "Open Link in New Tab" button for PDF files, but there is only a "Download file" which creates two different download buttons on same screen for PDFs. (See screenshot below)

Not a big fan of the additional step an "Open Link in New Tab" creates, but would like the ability to see the documents without downloading (which was present in previous releases).
