Description

This is similar to #800 and #801, but still distinct. The implementation of #801 is great, thank you for that.

It would be really nice if there were a one-click method of creating a report with full detail of each service/repair record.

Perhaps this could be a combination of the Vehicle Maintenance Report and record print features, whereby a standard maintenance report is created at the beginning of the print (i.e. first 1+ pages), then each record is appended to the print.
Perhaps, as a stretch, the notes field in the maintenance report at the beginning could be replaced with "see page X".

The result would be a multipage print where the standard vehicle maintenance report is followed by a series of pages, where each is a single record.

If it helps to have some context, my use case for this would be a simple way to print out a vehicle's full history under my ownership with all record details when I sell it.
