Description
I and I believe many others are using notes as a catch all for documents, vehicle issues and other matters that may not be appropriate to have its own tab. Many of these are time sensitive, but currently there is no date field. I searched for server wide fields and it appears that date cannot be added to the note tab.

Notes with a date field might be a useful alternative to a condition tab as requested in #956 .
