A system to select players who have been on the server the longest to be picked as volunteers first.

The longer you stay on the server, the more queue points you earn, the player with the highest queue points gets picked first to be a robot, then queue points set to 0.

I think this would be good for players who want to play robots, but are unlucky.

This should persist through map changes.
