Currently locate_tiles under tiler.py > Tiler, draws the tiles outline on the Slide's thumbnail, that for some usage may be too small.

Basically we need to introduce the possibility to customize the size of the image returned by locate_tiles.

So the easiest option would be to accept the scale_factor as a parameter of the locate_tiles method and then use the scaled image instead of the thumbnail.
