The image is failing to start when using the image in HPSF repo to run smoke tests with the following error:

Using the latest tag when running make smoke_components uses the latest tag for the honeycombio/supervised-collector docker image but it fails to start with the following error:

docker: Error response from daemon: failed to create task for container: failed to create shim task: OCI runtime create failed: runc create failed: unable to start container process: error during container init: exec: "/honeycomb-otelcol": stat /honeycomb-otelcol: no such file or directory: unknown

Using the v0.1.0 tag works as expected.
