Description:
When resizing the window to below 1024px width, the Notes tab disappears from the top navigation. This makes it impossible to access the notes section unless the window is made wider again.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open SQLNoir in a desktop browser.
• Gradually resize the window to less than 1024px width.
• Observe that the Notes tab is missing from the navigation bar.

Expected Behavior:
The Notes tab should remain visible or accessible even on smaller screens. If space is an issue, it could be included in a menu or an alternative navigation method.

Actual Behavior:
The Notes tab is hidden completely, and users cannot access their notes at narrower window sizes. The only workaround is to increase the window width again.

Tested on Google Chrome Version 138.0.7204.184 on macOS 15.6.1. This affects productivity on smaller screens or when using split view
