Background color of captured key text field fails to change on theme change #2273

Expected behavior:
Theme changes will propagate everywhere
Actual behavior:
If the modal dialog for capturing a key in keybinding settings has been loaded, the background color for the text field showing the captured key will not change on theme changes, rendering the captured key practically invisible after a theme change.
