Steps to Reproduce

• Start playing the iPhone video specified below
• Click on Show Video Panel under the Video menu
• Notice the window expands when the panel is displayed
• Click on Hide Video Panel under the Video menu
• Notice window size does not return to its original size and video is distorted

Expected Behavior

If displaying the side panel requires expanding the window then the window will be restored to its original size when the side panel is hidden.

Actual Behavior

The size of the window is not restored and the video is left distorted.

• I tried my best to search from the existing issues (including closed issues) and didn't find duplicated issues.

• I tested with the Nightly build and confirmed the issue is not fixed.
• I tested with the latest version of mpv and confirmed mpv doesn't have this issue.
