Sure, I've created a pull request, my changes are not on the main branch yet. When they pass review get_acoustic_detections() will output an extra column: depth_in_meters

Out of curiosity I checked how common values for depth were, and it turns out around 5% of detection have them (37.888.862 rows have a non NA value for depth_in_meters out of 706.633.472 rows).
