Support for FAST blobs?

It appears that pyindi client is not yet benefiting from FAST blob support added by Ludovic Pollet in v1.9.8. Support in INDI [BaseClient](https://github.com/indilib/indi/blob/master/libs/indibase/baseclient.cpp) was also added.

Any chance of making pyindi-client benefit from upstream changes in this regard?
