After #16 has been fixed, I cannot see the ripple effect doing anything—neither following the mouse nor raindrops. Tried with several different JPG and PNG images.

Running on EndeavourOS (Arch-based) and installed using yay -Syu xlivebg-git.

Calling up xlivebg using xlivebg -n &. Other effects like distort work fine.
