I would like to be able to set the timezone that Watson uses.
Use case:
I live in the eastern time zone, but the computer that I am using and have Watson running on is in the Pacific time zone. I would like to be able to input all my times in the Eastern time zone, I would also like to have the reports, and logs show the dates in the Eastern time zone instead of the Pacific time zone.

I tried to set the TZ env variable to US/Eastern but watson did not seem to use that information.
