Description
Hi Jordan,
I hope you're okay!
I resumed the analysis with the LQT-R. That time was good because now I have a little more experience with lesion analysis.
I performed a lesion analysis with o LQT-R, and the steps were flawlessly concluded. However, the ".trk" file did not appear in the "Disconnection_Maps" directory. Also, this information below came up after running "get_tract_discon(cfg)":
> get_tract_discon(cfg)
Computing tract disconnection.
Finished computing tract disconnection measures.
There were 50 or more warnings (use warnings() to see the first 50).
Could you help me with this, please? I would greatly appreciate the help and availability. I need this file to generate a high-quality visualization using external image viewers (e.g., DSI Studio). This approach is cited in the User Manual of LQT.
Note:
1- I took an lesion mask provided by J. Griffis to be able to compare it with the LQT-Matlab results. The intention was to know if I did all the analyzes correctly.
2- I used the DSI_Studio hosted on the site mentioned in the Griffis article (https://wustl.app.box.com/v/LesionQuantificationToolkit).
3- Also, follow the print screen below.
Best,
Luan.
