Ucom is a more involved ponys with plugins, and petite-vue integration. I've borrowed a few small but important bits of code such as the difficult parts of the fetch routine, and the relative import regex.

Most things are done in plugins.

I also added the concept of a self-instantiating component which functions as the entry point. In practice this works like declarative shadowdom.
