OpenWrt v24.10.4 Release

grub2-efi: add efifwsetup grub module to be able to force booting into

the UEFI BIOS from both grub menu and openwrt itself. Particularly
useful with fastboot enabled.

Also add diag modules: lsefi, lsacpi & lspci.
