Update installation procedure

after executing:

``` bash
git clone https://github.com/joelmoss/strano.git strano
```

and :

``` bash
script/bootstrap
```

You need to copy:

``` bash
mv config/database.example.yml config/database.yml
```

Otherwise the installation fails. At least on Ubuntu Server 12.04.1.
Please update the documentation or installation procedure.
