I greatly admire the work your team published in Nature Methods (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41592-019-0574-9). We are interested in applying your evaluation metrics to our recent study. After downloading SMAP and running the example files, we were unable to obtain the “ele” value shown in Figure 3i. Could you kindly guide us on how this value is calculated?
