I want k8up to support the restic rclone backend
So that I can efficiently perform backups to Hetzner's StorageBox

Context

I currently use Hetzner StorageBox as target for traditional server backups and would like to extend this usage to our k8s cluster. And doing so would be most efficient using the rclone backend, according to (in German): https://www.unixery.de/hetzner-storage-box-fuer-restic-backups/
