Allow Logs Dashboard to do Ad-Hoc Filtering

1. switch logs panel to "table" type
2. apply transform in grafana or earlier to cast "labels" of logs into fields for grafana
3. add override for those label (not fulltext _msg) to support filtering with magnifying glass
