To improve the test coverage and apply all helm charts via MultiClusterServices/ClusterProfiles we'd like to implement the muti-cluster deployment based on Kind in CI pipelines.

In order to do that we need:

• Setup regional kind cluster with ingress
• Setup a child kind cluster
• Create ClusterDeployment as adopted clusters
• Sort-out endpoints for regional cluster
