A motion detection project which was developed by using selenium and opencv.

You need to download 'chromedriver.exe' into the folder you cloned inorder to use selenium. There is a source you can download:

chromedriver.chromium.org

If you have webcam and you're eager to use it then you just need to be sure that all the packages/modules are installed in the requirements.txt . Right after you install all of them you are free to run it.
