Minor bug fix: Previously, if the app crashed or were closed during dialog display, the flag would not be saved, resulting in the dialog reappearing on the next launch. Now the flag is persisted first, ensuring the dialog is shown exactly once regardless of subsequent errors.

I've only included just the x64 build because I am kinda lazy today, but I'll add arm64 and x86 later (maybe...) :)

Note for Onboarding Bug:
WIN + R and type: %LOCALAPPDATA%\CoreTray\ApplicationData to find the LocalSettings.json file, there you can manually change the values of your settings. If the onboarding keeps appearing to you change the HasSeenWelcomeDialog value to true. (I will fix the onboarding boolean condition soon...)
