Description

This issue acts as an umbrella for adding support for OLM v1 to the Keycloak Operator. It will get refined (or resolved) based on the analysis of the impact.

Currently, it looks like the main change will require adding support for AllNamespaces install mode. However that is not initially required.

Motivation

Current OLM v0 will eventually be replaced by v1. V1 is available since OpenShift 4.18 with v0 being simultaneously supported for the rest of the OpenShift 4 lifecycle.
