Describe the bug

Hi,

When trying to partial export/import json file including configured Identity Provider and mappers, using overwrite option and after removing existing Identity Provider from KeyCloak UI, the identity provider is created with NO mappers.

Issues #12861 does not seem to be fixed though

Expected behavior

Mappers should be imported from json imported file if included.

Actual behavior

No mappers are created after export/import

How to Reproduce?

Identity Providers with mappers created in KeyCloak
Partial Export with uncheck Users/Groups ans Clients boxes in Json File
Remove identity provider from KeyCloak UI
Partial import with overwrite option
-> No mappers are created
