Description

Workflows has an AddRequiredActionStepProvider allowing the assignment of required actions to a user as a workflow step. We are, however, missing a step provider to remove a required action if necessary.

This task aims to add this implementation, allowing admins to remove a specific required action as part of a workflow execution.
