Introduce proper documentation for error handling, error responses in keycloak admin rest api.

Now it is very difficult to handle errors properly. https://www.keycloak.org/docs-api/21.1.1/rest-api/index.html does not contain any docs about handling errors.

Motivation

In production apps we need to have reliable way to handle errors and respond correctly.
