Description

It's necessary to upgrade Selenium to >=4.5.1 due to issues found in #20777.

We need it for better WebAuthn tests stability with the Firefox browser, as these tests are ignored due to the issue (#22071).

It's necessary to have support for higher versions of Selenium even in the Arquillian Drone and Arquillian Graphene in order to properly make the upgrade in Keycloak.
