Describe the bug

The external link check reports the following redirects:

ExternalLinksTest.checkExternalLinks:26 Broken links (2):
		- https://freeipa.org/page/Quick_Start_Guide (invalid redirect to https://www.freeipa.org/page/Quick_Start_Guide)
		- https://freeipa.org/page/Downloads (invalid redirect to https://www.freeipa.org/page/Downloads)

Apparently the change from #21263 at the freeipa site has been reverted.

Broken link checker is red
