Build in KC22 branch fails as it can't find the surefire scripts #22898

Describe the bug
A conditional CI run of SSSD fails as the checkout is not performed and then also definition on how to upload the surefire reports is not present.

Expected behavior
Surefire shouldn't run in that step when SSSD is not run
Actual behavior
It fails
