This is follow-up on TODO.

Instead of having provider LinkedIn (deprecated), we can have some deprecated feature (new enum member of org.keycloak.common.Profile.Feature) like LINKEDIN_V1 and make sure that LinkedInIdentityProviderFactory is enabled just when this feature is enabled.

We should update migration guide for 22.0.2 based on it and add a note that feature must be explicitly enabled by profile.
