Consider mapFrom attribute for disabling Property Mappers #27026

Follow-up for #13113 issue.
After merging #25333, property mappers can be disabled based on certain conditions. The one thing that is not taken into account is when property mappers have specified mapFrom attribute and the value should be obtained from the property, the child mapper is not disabled.
It might be good to improve it.
