The "Details" tab should refresh attribute groups

Actual behavior

The "Details" tab doesn't refresh attribute groups

How to Reproduce?

1. Go to Realm settings > Localization > enable "Internationalization"
2. Go to Realm settings > User profile > Attributes Group > Create a new attributes group
3. Go to Realm settings > User profile > Attributes > Create a new attribute, select created (2 above) attributes group in general settings section and select all permissions in permission section
4. Go to Users > select a user (or create a new one) > Details tab > Observe that attributes group related translations don't refresh (best to edit attributes group translation and return to this Details tab).
