Describe the bug

When editing the settings on the advanced tab of a client in the kc admin console, the option to set "Client Offline Session Max" is no longer available.

This is related to 20792.
That issue stated, that the Max-option should not be available in clients if it is deactived in the realm (which makes sense).

The issue is closed and attached to PR 27493.
That PR is called "Show expiration only when explicitly requested" (which makes sense also).

But if you look at the changes in the PR, you can see that the Max-option is removed from the advanced client settings entirely, regardless of the realm settings.

According to the Server Administration Guide for version 25.0.0, the "Client Offline Session Max" option should still be available

Expected behavior

"Client Offline Session Max" should be an available client setting as long as "Offline Session Max Limited" is active in the realm settings.

Actual behavior

"Client Offline Session Max" is never an available client setting regardless of the realm settings.

How to Reproduce?

Activate "Offline Session Max Limited" in the realm settings and check if you can configure "Client Offline Session Max" in the client settings.
