Description

OLM by default automatically updates the Operator when a new version is released. At the same time, the Operator by default uses matching image of the corresponding Keycloak version. This might result in unintended Keycloak upgrades when the Operator is upgraded automatically by OLM.

We should document this and also highlight the risk of rollbacks might not be possible if the DB was already migrated. We should recommend to use manual upgrades when using OLM.
