Add test coverage for testing Kiali in Istio Ambient multi cluster

What is the current behavior?

No actual coverage

What is the new behavior?

Maybe that can run in the same job as the Ambient pipeline with a different tests in namespaces with Ambient
(Or not - If they are reused for downstream pipelines)
