Reproduction steps

1. Create any smart playlist, in the "Rules" tab add one or more groups, filling them with any criterias
2. Close the popup, then open the "Edit smart playlist" dialog
3. In the "Rules" tab click the "+ Group" button

Expected behavior

A new group panel appears

Actual behavior

Nothing changes in the UI
However, if you save the changes and open "Edit smart playlist" dialog again, the new group appears
