Is from one of the issues and after reading the main and analyzing the @louistiti explication and I replay from @zh-impact.

Here's the process Step-by-Step:

Go to Path:  User\name\leon\.env

Change port code of : LEON_PY_TCP_SERVER_PORT to 31337

Run : leon start --port 31337
