Currently CardControl has hardcoded value VertcailAlignment.Center for ControlIcon.VerticalAlignment, HeaderContentPresenter.VerticalAlignment and ContentPresenter.VerticalAlignment.

This should be customizable, preferrably from VerticalContentAlignment and TemplateBinding

2 new DependencyProperties on CardControl:

VerticalIconAlignment (defaults to VerticalAlignment.Center)
VerticalHeaderAlignment (defaults to VerticalAlignment.Center)

and default VerticalContentAlignment to VerticalAlignment.Center

CardControl.xaml should use TemplateBinding VerticalIconAlignment , TemplateBinding VerticalHeaderAlignment and TemplateBinding VerticalContentAlignment for the three different ContentControl/ContentPresenter
