In the left menu:

When I select a wallet, a bold font is used and a chevron is shown to indicate which wallet is selected:

When I select an extension, a bold font is used and a chevron is shown to indicate which extension is being configured:

However, when I select items from the Manage menu (Server, Node, Extensions), no bold font is used and no chevron is shown:

It would be nice if bold font was used and a chevron was shown to indicate which screen we are operating on (Server, Node, Extensions).
