Long Description

We added the feature to attach organization information to an user profile, so we can highlight at Gig Postings that the user acts on behalf that organization, but excluding the organizations logo in the first iteration as of #822. We should add it, but is less priority.

Goals

• [optional] refactor publicProfilePicture activity and internals as components so we can reuse the photo uploader/rotate feature for organization photo.
• add organization logo to the organization-info activity
• add REST API to upload the logo and allow for rotation as in public profile picture
• store the uploaded photo and edited at database or a cloud based storage, rather than the server folders.
• display organization logo (and user picture too) at Gig Posting viewer at the client section.
