1.9.7.1 and 1.9.7 are equal in the repository. 1.9.7 just was released with a wrongly built phpliteadmin.php, therefore the new verson number for the right release.

!Restructured SVN Repo as discussed in mailing list:

- created standard SVN folders "trunk", "tags" and "branches".
- All released versions moved to "tags"
- current development version (1.9.5) moved inside "trunk"
- the complete rewrite, which was called "2.0" before, got moved into branches/complete_rewrite (suspended)
- the bug-fix version 1.9.4.1 which is still in development got moved into branches/1.9.4.1
- "themes" got moved into trunk/themes

- Please continue development in "trunk" (or maybe branches).
- DO NOT COMMIT CHANGES INTO "tags" (if you don't have a very very good reason). Tags get created (added), but usually not changed. Once a new version is complete, it gets tagged and released.

Let's hope I don't mess things up with this :|
