[SUGGESTION]: Add Blush Mountain to Ula'ula Island #6031

Current Behavior
Blush Mountain is not currently an available location in the game.
Improved Behavior
Add Blush Mountain as an Alola Route, as it's an outdoor area with tall grass.
Reason for change
Would add more variety, add a few more pokemon, would reflect canon, and would do something with a large unused space on Ula'ula Island.
Detailed Description
Change Magnetic Field Environment from Route 12 to Blush Mountain as Route 12 doesn't canonically provide this environment.
